Using the site

Use this site for its intended purposes: learning about Big Jim's, ordering food, contacting us, applying to work with us, or requesting a donation. Don't misuse the site, attempt to break or probe it, submit false information, or use it in a way that violates any law.

Online ordering

Online orders are processed by a third-party ordering provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Menu items, prices, and availability can change without notice; the price at the time of your order controls. If something's wrong with an order, call us at (806) 352-5050 and we'll make it right.

Employment applications

By submitting an application you certify that the information you provide is true and complete, and you understand that false or incomplete statements may disqualify you or end employment. You authorize Big Jim's to contact the references and previous employers you list. Submitting an application is not an offer or promise of employment, and any employment is at-will under Texas law. Big Jim's is an equal-opportunity employer.

Donation requests

Submitting a donation or sponsorship request does not commit Big Jim's to a contribution. We review requests as they come in and respond to those we can support.

Our content

The Big Jim's name, logo, photos, and site content belong to Big Jim's Pizza Co. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party links

Links to third-party sites (ordering, maps, social profiles, our tap list, merch) are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Jim's Pizza Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Potter or Randall County, Texas.
